Hey Iam going to sign up for this class for summer, It sounds hard to me is it? Also anyone have any teacher suggestions for me? thanks, mike

 

I took ACG 2021 last summer with Steve Thornburg.

I didn't give 100% and still got a B in that class. He's pretty easy.

 

Thornburg by far! he may not be the best teacher but he is passible... barbra durham is a little rough, and Salter male and female are both nutz.

 

I had Salter (male) "back in the day" and I didnt think he was that bad. Yes, you had to do the work but he was not at all unreasonable.

 

I had female Salter I admit she is a good teacher but this is in the summer... she was pyschotic.

so if these salters are the only choices left should i even waste my time by picking them?

 

I had Marilyn Salter for Managerial Accounting. She's not as bad as people make her out to be. She's about 70, but she's a decent teacher. I got a B in her class, but I had to work for it.

A friend of mine had John Salter (her husband) and said he's much easier than his wife.

I wouldn't put off taking a class just because you've heard the teacher was bad.

Try and get Thornburg if you can, he's not the typical accounting teacher. He's a big Conan the Barbarian fan, comes to class in those dragon and flames shirts, wears workboots, and has a ponytail.
