fighting an e-pass ticket

stupid e-pass sent me a ticket in the mail for running the toll even though i have e-pass. i was driving with my epass thing in the car but i wasn't driving a car registered to me.

whats the standard operating procedure for fighting one of these things? do they normally drop it if you go to the service center? i checked my driving log they email every month and it shows my epass working at other toll plazas that day, just not the one they sent me a ticket for, so its not like i was hiding the thing.

Call them up and they will register your car and drop it.

man you got bad luck, I never use the transponder in the SS (what its registered to).

You gotta go stand in line at the E-pass service office on Dean at 408 IIRC
