Arup Gruha (or guha? don't remember)

he is HARD AS HELL ... but he curves bigtime, and you WILL learn. i would take any class he teaches again.

in his class if you work your *** off, you maybe will get a 65 or 70, which is way way way above 100% when he curves it.

i think in my comp sci 2 class the average was something like 50% and i had i think an 80% ... and i felt i could teach that class without ever taking it.

after finals if he likes your class he'll take everyone out for a beer at the student union. super cool guy, always WANTS to help students. absolutly brilliant professor, got his undergraduate from MIT and masters from some other huge comp sci school.

just don't be surprised when you fail the tests

in my opinion a PhD in Comp Sci at UCF is kind of pointless ...

i'd try a more well known school for my PhD in Comp Sci.

i know what u mean, but my reasoning is that my speciality is in compuer vision, and the vision lab over there has done some pretty cool work/projects. im not even sure if im going ot do the whole PhD thing, but that is an option for now.
