Central Florida meeting up

hey....

What do you guys think, of trying to set up something?

I know I usually can't make meetings and many others can't CFFB, lost waterford lakes and is less organized from what I heard, then the stuff in the fuel **** thread... Problems gettign a UCF clubtogether... but anyways that limits it to UCF students..

I ocaasionally meet people at dragstrip or autocrossing... (Soma7, 2002conv...whaever, Chuck , 94grayV6, and recently met anasazi)

Think we could get enough people setup for a meet? Maybe a Car show type of setup.

BTW I need to go down to Waterfor lakes office... I am going to inquiry about cffb coming back(even though I am not a member) as a Manager at one of the biggest businesses I think I might be able to talk some sense into them... there biggest bitching fest was stupid kids drivng fast.. they still do it car show or not, I will bitch that the carshow brought adults, and now the adults have no reason to come to our theater they drive down to Oviedo instead.

I spoke with the owner of a country bar/club/store/restaurant on Lee Rd last week. I mentioned I was in a car club and he went all nuts trying to get me to get a gathering together for a carshow and some kind of rally competition. His place is just West of I-4 if anybody's interested. It's called A-Lil-Bit-O-Texas.

Just in case anybody is looking for a location to get something together.

i'm interested in having a meeting. i live in waterford lakes so i'm just like 2 min away from the shopping center. that would be cool to get everyone together. i would like to see some of the cars around here. i haven't met up w/ anyone yet in this area. wanted to go to the track on wed but it was too late by the time i had a chance to go. anyway, someone set up a time and night and i'm there. preferably not between now and jan 1st. i'm going home for x-mas break and not coming back until then. i'm hoping to get my front end fixed while i'm home also.

I would love to see a meeting at Daytona... Then cruise the track, or we can meet at Disney and cruise the track...

Hmmmm...... CFFB seemed to have a good draw at waterford...

On a side note I am up in Indina right now and the speed shops blow anything away in orlando... THis one place called vanseus has in stock:

NGK plugs, taylor and msd wires, all ignition setups for a lt1 and all crane setups and a sample of each cold air and everything I am in shock.... I picked up NGK plugs adn tommrow might pick up msd wires.... 76 bucks for the 8.5MM set....

Are you saying this shop is cooler then Car fashion on Colonial?

I don't know about that.... I went in there once and they quoted me $95 for a black plastic dual pd gauge cluster for a 96 Cavalier.

Its the girlfriend's car, thought guages would make it faster.....

Actually she was having has no tach, oil pressure guage, or ammeter.... I was thinking of riggin up the guages in guage cluster. Since she was haveing charging problems that were kinda hard to diagnos witout a guage.

whole thing was looking to cost me close to $200 on her car... so I decided she can deal withoh out them.

Heck! I think I might just bring the 3rd gen too. Maybe there'll be a loudest exhaust competition for me to participate in.

What time is the MCO meet? Maybe I will try to make it over. I'll also try to get my buddy to bring over his cherry 70 Chevelle 454 SS
