What happen to all the car shows and events... week nights and weekends? It seems to me most of the F-body groups disappeared with the F-body??

I will go to any shows...or meets just to hang out with car guys. I think the only thing still going is ...

Lethal Group On Thursday near lowes...

Other than that I think UCF may have a car club??

Fuel **** still meets on Friday and Saturday nights...

Nothing else? I remember the hooters or Winghouse meets or Steak and Shake... that stuff was fun??? NO MORE??

Or am I just out of the LOOP? I guess I could be??

 

The only show that I go to anymore is the New Smyrna Show every second Saturday of the month.

But besides that most of the car club shows have vanished.

there is a car show every 3rd saturday in apopka at a steak n shake wal-mart parking lot at hwy 441 and piedmont wekiva rd. 407-880-8221

 

the ucf car club is actually doing pretty darn good now, every wednesday at about 930 on the top of the new parking garage

i think they're averaging like 30 - 40 cars now, a couple of times more than twice that.

yea check it out, its not crazy like the ricer car meets because the UCF cops arn't too far away

last night there was a pretty good showing of i'd assume 30 cars, and it was raining!

good thing about a parking garage is that if its raining you just go down one level.

 

yeah UCF can be cool... alot of imports but they are pretty cool but we have had like 14 f-bodies, and I'd say 6-8 Mustangs before. F-bodies are the alot of times the "largest group". Meaning that there will be like 3 Srt-4s, 2 Wrxs, 3 3000Gts, 2 mini trucks, etc... We prety much weeded out all the idiots, seems to be no ricer crap.

I generally make it out every week.

X2 about the parking garage makes the meet rain or shine, which is whats great about having car meets in FL.
