Anybody know this car?

I was driving my 77 LS1 vette (No HOOD) I was keeping up with him with my 3.23 gear Th350

We never ran a dead stop or a even roll...not a good idea in traffic...

But I was wondering what other mods he may have??

 

Sounds like Dave, it's a 99'. Car has a F13, AFR 205's, and most bolt ons.
