Like it says...

88 Camaro originally a V6 car
4 bolt 350 stroked to 383
Freshly rebuilt TH350 with shift kit
373 rear end
New BFG Radial TA tires
New radiator & Tstat (runs at 160 all day long)
Edelbrock torker2 intake
Edelbrock Performer Carb
14" Chrome air cleaner
Headers
True duals
Dual Flowmasters mounted under the bumper
VERY LOUD!!!
Body is in decent shape. Not showroom or even really nice. Decent.
Comes with a perfect IROC hood with no lovers/blisters and a spare TH350.
I lost interest after I bought the SS and now it just sits in the driveway.
$2,000 obo

I got this question from another person as well...

"i'm interested in this...j/w if it'd be capable of being a daily driver... what's the fuel economy like on that 383?"

I think it's around 10 on average. Less if you misbehave, more if you stay out of the gas.

Hell befoer I bought my current car I thought about buying a beater car, and buy this car... Figured one or the other woudl be running at one time or another but decided to go the newer car route.

It's not really firm but I think that $1,000 just won't do. I'll entertain all offers though. Even motorcycles and jet skis! lol Don't tell my wife about that one.

Issues? lol It's a sixteen year old Frankenstein car (completely transplanted drivetrain). It's a gem really!

Seriously, I've fixed almost all of the "issues". The previous owners knew nothing about cars. They had money and wanted a bad, loud, street thumper. They bought it from the guy who built it. The previous owners got divorced. It went to the wife's pile of booty. But it never left the husband's driveway because it didn't have a tag anymore. He threatened to have it towed. I heard about it from a friend and picked it up. It barely ran. Spark plug wires resting on headers don't usually last too long. But there were too many screwy things with it to list here. They had a mechanic that was swapping parts behind their backs whenever they had a problem.

The final issues now are the vent blower controls, stereo, no sun visors, speedo isn't calibrated for 373's, leopard skin haedliner, and needing paint for the hood and right front fender. The torque converter needs to be changed to a higher stall or the cam and intake need to be changed to bring the power band lower. But that is only an issue if you plan on racing it.

Hey chuck I gave him your e-mail address you have listed... I tried to find his but the site its on you cannot see peoples addresses... here is AIM if you happen to have AIM though VANZRIDER

BTW he is in Clermont

he seems a little eager to deal kinda quick, he was complaing about how he sees nice cars and they disapear quickly... And I told him you might be willing to work with the price a little. I think you are offering a good deal and wouldn't want you to go too much lower.

Any interior shots? What about the motor how many miles on it? Stock heads? Cam sounds decent, any specs? How straight are the doors and the 1/4 panels (dentwise)?
