Post BORED! looking for some side work to do, interior painting? small room?Orlando area.

Hey guys I know this is a longshot but just seeing if anyone on here in the Orlando area was considering changing colors / freshening up of a room/hallway, porch railings? or something to that effect, garage??..I have worked as a proffesional interior exterior painter in MA. for 10 years.

I got a week and a half till I start my new job and just sitting here doing nothing..my car is not down here yet and cant go anywhere, or do anythingto it...and a little extra cash dosnt hurt either.dont know when the paycheck will be...just throwing it out there to see if anyone can help me out.. need to do something so I dont get rusty ..and to meet some fellow members of the site..

if so just email me at Evost7@aol.com

can explain and answer any questions you have!

thanks guys hope you can help out! this is driving me crazy!!!

If the offer is still around mid February I might take you up on it. We are buying a new house and all the rooms painted.

I jsut talked to my boss, and he might consider it...

Any chance you have a business license?

If not willing to paint for Movie tickets?

We can buy the paint but know where to get something that is somewhat durable?

This is for a few offices at a movie theatre.

We need at least one room maybe 2 rooms painted by Monday. Preferably someone professional, I have done decent jobs, but I am no expert on paint, just go to home depot say "Give me something durable" and they give me soemthing that usually ends up not being durable.

These rooms are not that big, just a break room and maybe an upstairs office.

hey,

*"Any chance you have a business license?"

I dont have a license, I worked for a company in Boston so not set up yet..

*"If not willing to paint for Movie tickets?"

well what I was looking for was some extra cash..just to pay some bills..and have some spending $$$$....though workingout something might be profitable for both...

*"We can buy the paint but know where to get something that is somewhat durable?"

I love Home Depot but the paint is CRAP! really..I worked with Benjamin Moore back in Boston. Any Benny Moore dealers around here?? They just came up with new paint called Matte Finish, flat durable and scrubable like nothing I ever used. Really tough stuff. Perfect for a break room..and office.

I am in all consideration a prof. painter by trade, worked for the company in Boston doing the high end homes and such. And have worked for 10 years painting.

I know the feeling since I have worked with Home Deopt paint, its not good.. It is possible to do the rooms. Maybee the one room possible two. Just in short term how is this to be done, is it the same color being put on? any patching done? just walls or is it the ceiling and trim? Doors? stuff like that. Or just freshining up of the paint? Little things like that make the job more time consuming. Is thier funature to move? or is it clear all around? the office in use? stuff like that.

anyways thanks!

Just shoot me an email Evost7@aol.com and maybee we can get things going by this weekend.
Talk to you soon!

We were planning on having some painters do a decent amount of painting on our buiding, but they were not scheduled to do it by monday, which we found out about probably our most important biggest surprise visit ever, and they agreed to do the said things for just a few bucks more. Once agians sorry for your time.
