Anyone working in IT in Orlando

I'm currently looking for an IT job in the Orlando area. I've got a couple of leads, but neither is hiring for at least several weeks. I'd like to get a job sooner than that if possible. I've been looking around and all I'm able to find is stuff that's either too easy(and doesn't pay well) or completely over my head. I've got almost 3 years of experience working in IT, 1 year as a PC tech and 1 1/2 years as a Technology Coordinator(in charge of the local servers, PC's, network, etc). I've got a resume ready if anyone wants it. I haven't really had the time to do certs before now so I'm working on my A+ currently. I really don't have a specific type of job I'm looking for, really anything in IT that pays decent.

If anyone could help, or at least point me in the direction of a good company to apply at that'd be great.

Hey Mike, try looking at TEKsystems. They are a headhunter and depending on how well you do with them you could learn a lot of new things and potentially land something permanent.

I wish you had posted this a few weeks ago. NCR was hiring for ATM techs. It is basically a big Network you would be working on. I will ask if there is anything open and let you know if you want. You get a company car and starting pay is about 28k. Not great, but we have great benefits, unlimited sick time, and a free company car that you take home.

Let me know if you want me to look into it, I think first line maintanance is hiring now.
