I'll be heading over there TDY to teach some C-130 classes on 13-26 Feb., and, since I have no immediate family/friends in FL, and have never been there before, I'm reaching out to my extended F-body brethren to find something to do while I'm there!

Where you at, what kind of car-related things are there to do? I know Orlando and Daytona isn't far. I'll have a rental so transportation isn't an issue. I'd LOVE to go to the Daytona 500, and I even got the wife's blessing, but going by myself is less than desireable.

The rolex 24 is also coming up Feb 5-6 i believe. I live in Cocoa Beach. Not too much to do there. However, I'm currently in Daytona Beach for school.

 

I saw the Rolex was there, but unfortunately I won't be there in time. I'll be flying into Orlando, then renting a car from the airport and driving down to Patrick AFB.

 

when will you arrive and when do you depart?

 

Getting there on the 12th, leaving either the 26th or 27th.
