I was looking at parts but I am confused. The last guy made and offer. You accepted it. He backed out. So....what???? "this is an offer" means you are offering to a binding contract. So, Brian, I am "offering"....

Sorry. Rant and ttt. Please don't make offers to members here unless you intend on following thru. Kind of like a woman wearing nothing to bed and.......
