'91 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD FS
'91 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD FS
It's come to the time of putting my 91 TSi for sale. This is my daily driver and is no longer economical for me to keep since I started my new job with 50+ miles of travel a day.
It is White, AWD, Turbo, 5 spd, 122k miles.
There are some pics here. http://camaroz28.cardomain.com/memberpage/224386/6
I will go over the basics.
14B - no shaft play.
Sunroof
2g Silver GST wheels.
Newly replaced within the past 6 months:
5 speed tranny, shifts like butter, no grinding.
ACT 2600 clutch kit.
NAPA front axles, lifetime warranty.
Big brake upgrade! - new rotors, calipers and pads, front and rear.
Rear axles, rear 3 bolt differential.
Freshened up, re-capped ECU.
Throtle body, idle stepper motor, idle set screw.
New 02 sensor, battery, radiator hoses, belts, clutch slave cylinder, clutch fork.
Sembroski's shift kit, no more sloppy shifter feel.
30psi boost gauge, A/F gauge.
!cat delete, w/magnaflow muffler
Rebuilt a/c condensor
Flushed the stock intercooler within the past 4 months.
Interior is great, can use a headliner
And boat loads of small parts not listed.....oil filters, bolts, belts, seat belt assemblies...
I'm looking for $2,900 for this car. I will also consider trades, possibly for a truck. If anyone is interested, contact me. Leave a voice mail if I do not answer my cell.
Thanks,
Keith

Re: '91 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD FS
your car is so nice! wish i could pick this up off ya but im a few bills short, i miss my DSM so much. so much that i boosted the bird..but ah, if you've launched the car from 6.5k you know the feeling you only get from a dsm.
Re: '91 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD FS
Don't forget to mention Keith this car has the sought after E-Prom ECU that is worth at least another 100 dollars ontop of the standard computer.
Guys, He does drive this car daily, I see it on the road all the time, and one thing usually dsms end up not being is dependable, but he has taken care of this car and done all the upkeeping that is needed and its been nothing but dependable !

Drive it 50 miles a day, 5 days a week.
And for the people who don't know and make the low ball offers, I do not need to unload this car. I don't care if I put 50k more on it. This is my daily driver and a fun one at that. Gets 25mpg on average. I could care less if I drive it in the rain and get it dirty as hell. So please come with a reasonable offer.

Man, if it was anything other than white I would be all over that car.
But I really need to try to spend less than $2000 on a daily driver, so it's just a little out of my price range(no, I'm not trying to low-ball you
). We'll see, I'm trying to find something fun and reliable that gets good gas mileage.
If anything changes in my finances that allows me to spend a little more I might get it. Though I should probably stick to something a little more practical

I get 23-25MPG and drive it 250+ miles a week. It has been a fun daily driver. I just picked up a LT1 that will be the next DD. Check back if the finances allow, I can work on the price a little.
