Charlotte NC here. I have 85 Z28 305 tpi bought new in 85. Was a daily commute car and has 150k miles.
time to replace/refurb engine and drive train. Not technically inclined enough to tackle alone.

Unfortunately, the regional forums just don’t get much traffic any more. Your post is only the second one this year in the South Atlantic forum. You might get better results by copying this post to the “General 67-02 F-Body Tech” forum. I say “might” because there's just a few of us left here, and most of the posts relate to the 4th Gen LT1 cars.
