69 Camaro For Sale

Starting with issues,

Pin hole leak in radiator (have new aluminum radiator coming from Jegs) and comon rust bubbles around the wheel wells and small patch in bottom of trunk pan. No rust underneath or anywhere else. Rear end needs posi, it is currently a 10 bolt. Steering box is hitting dead spots when it gets really hot, working on resolving issue now. Will fix before sale.

Does not leak any fluids. I put about 1,800 miles a year on this car and all below parts were put on this year so everything is new and in very good shape. All parts purchased new, no remans or used parts.

Has power steering and brakes.

Just put on Ram clutch, pressure plate, friction disk and flywheel about 200 miles ago. MSD 6AL box, MSD Probillet dist, MSD Blaster 2 same time as clutch. Replaced tranny fluid with clutch install. Tranny is a Muncie M21 4 spd. Engine is a 4 bolt main crate 350, iron block and heads. Hooker supercomp long tube ceramic headers into dual flowmaster delta 40's. 17X8 all around TT II's, Weiand 144 supercharger with 2.5" upper running 10-12 lbs of boost, no detonation pump gas no issues. Demon 725 elec choke vac secondaries carb. with a K&N on top. Proform electric fan with thermostat. Front sub frame was torn completley down and rebuilt with new upper and lower A arm bushings, new upper and lower ball joints, new idler arm, inner outer and center tie rods, new hub/rotors, new calipers, new pads, new wheel bearings. KYB shocks, Hotchkis springs (2" lower) Just put in new plugs NGK V power gapped at 48.

Engine, brakes, ball joints/tie rods, wheel hub, steering box and tranny all have new fluids filled with synthetic.

Engine starts first bump after sitting a week and idles perfectly just under 1k rpms.

It has been entered into only two offical car shows, and took the best of show trophy home both times.

Havent dynoed it yet to know what it puts down.

Interior is in great shape.

$23,500 obo.

The last pic the engine bay is really dirty.

Re: 69 Camaro For Sale

Whats up Kurt! What have you been up to?

Yeah, since the boy I dont have the time or the $$$$ to work on it so another 4th gen would work better, plus I almost have this one paid off so I could buy a 4th gen with cash. What I would like to find is a 99 Hugger Orange SS.

You guys going to old town anytime soon? Give me a call if you do go or any other shows.

Later bro.

Yeah, thats the problem I'm having, I can't figure out if I want a newer car or an older car! Hugger 99 SS will be a hard find, even harder would be a 1LE SS hugger orange, only 6 made! Total of 1382 Hugger orange camaros made! Good luck! I'm thinking about a convertable 6 spd car, probaly a SS, later!

Re: 69 Camaro For Sale

You wouldnt believe what I had found, a guy in Jacksonville had a 99 HO SS hardtop with 23k original miles garage queen that he listed for sale on one of these boards for like 13,500. Car was mint, I talked to Amanda and we had decided to do a home equity loan to go get it. I thought about it for two days and it was sold.

Ill look around more seriously when I have cash to spend.

If you, Ed, Randy get together still you guys need to give me a call. Even for simple cook outs etc.

You still have my cell?
