1993 Honda Accord EX For Sale

I'm posting a new one since the other thread said "possibly". The car is for sale. It does have a few things wrong with it, but they're all minor and the car itself is in excellent shape. I will list the problems at the bottom, I can fix them before I sell the car if you want, or you can fix them yourself.

1993 Honda Accord EX, 132,350 miles, 5 speed manual(shortened shifter)
Loaded, power windows, locks, mirrors, keyless entry(needs new remote though)
Sunroof(works like new, absolutely no leaks)
Air Conditioning(works like new, no leaks and uses R12)
Cruise Control with steering wheel buttons
Driver and passenger side airbags
Black exterior(paint flaking on hood and mirrors, some minor door dings and stuff, but never been in an accident)
Tan/black interior, cloth seats, no tears/stains(except the foormats, the fronts are pretty dirty, rears are clean), very clean interior overall
Folding rear seat(no split though)
No carpet in the trunk, spare tire, jack and tire iron are all there
Tires are in good condition, about 70% tread left

Stereo:
Pioneer cd head unit(pretty old cd player, works fine but the stereo would sound better with a newer unit)
Boston Acoustic 5 1/4 front door speakers
Kenwoos 6x9's on the rear deck

This system sounds very good for an unamplified system. The 6x9's in the back give very good bass, and overall it sounds very balanced. The Boston Acoustics and the Kenwoods are both high end speakers, not the cheap $50 ones.

The car has a few new things and a few problems. The new things are: K&N filter, battery, water pump, timing chain at 90k miles, new NGK spark plugs, new horn, new head lights and new turn signals.

The problems are: small crack at top of radiator(car will run fine with slightly low coolant, if you try to fill it all the way up it will leak for a few days then stop and stay at a level where it still cools but doesn't leak. I tried patching the radiator several times with no luck. New radiator is about $90 and very easy to replace), power steering(making some strange squeeling noise occasionally when turning, the power steering works fine it just makes some noise, been doing it for several months), rear pass side power window motor is broken, rear pass side seat belt is broken(I removed it trying to fix it but couldn't so I left it out. You can easily get on at the junk yard), and like previously mentioned a few small dings in the car. The paint is in decent shape except for the hood and the mirrors, the paint is mostly gone from the mirrors and the clear coat is flaking off the hood in 2 spots.

Besides the few problems the car has it is in excellent shape, the mechanicals are just about perfect. The clutch is still original but does not slip, has plenty of life left in it. The engine runs great right up to redline, does not leak oil and overall runs like a champ. The car put down 118hp and 127ft. lbs at the front wheels on Mike Norris's dyno It's pretty peppy for a 4 cyl, definetly fun to drive with the 5 speed. I average low 30's mpg with mixed city and highway driving and have gotten about 35mpg all highway.

Pics are at the bottom. Feel free to email me(camride@yahoo.com), call(407-765-2711) or post up here any questions.

I'm asking $3,200 for the car, but will entertain any reasonable offers. I really need to sell it as soon as possible as I am unable to work and need money to pay my medical bills.

PICS!!!
