I hate that damn thing. It schemes together with my cutout to **** me off. How do you make it stop rattling/vibrating?

Where is your cutout located? Right after the cat (or cats) or back towards the muffler? Either way the cutout probably has a lot do to with the rattling. Does it stop when you cap the cutout? Anyway, mine doesn't rattle but I don't have a cutout.

Sorry I didn't make myself a little clearer, the rattle is from my cutout, i know that already... along with a few other small rattles but the parking brake is the most annoying. Hit the gas barely and bzzzzzzzzz release, quiet... hit the bas barely, bzzzzzzzzz... you get the picture.

I had a few rattles in my Ebrake. The button first(siliconed it on)
the bolts that hold it in place I removed, cleaned and installed rubber washers and silconed them on quieted it down a lot.
