fuel lines need help fast????

ok there are three fuel lines that run under the drivers side floor. they are plastic then they hook in to metal. well on the plastic part i got a very very very small hole in one line. i called around and was told how to fix it. the told me to go to autozone or a hardware store and the have metal pieces of tubing that you slide into each end of the tubing. is this the best way to fix my problom? or should i replace them? how hard is it becausefrom what i could see is that they dissapear into the frame???

I had a hole in a fuel line, in the engine bay. What I did was cut the line in half to allow me to slide a rubber piece over the two ends of the hose and join them together. I forget the exact details of the hose but it was for fuel lines i think though, thought this might give ya some help maybe.

The lines come as a unit for all 3.

1994-1997 front flexible fuel supply lines p/n 10258441

gmpartdirect reference price $42.67

GM recommends replacing the nylon line if needed but that does not mean it cannot be repaired. The fuel supply line is 3/8" and the return line is 5/16".

does the kit come with the ends or do i have to reuse mine or buy new ones? since there only $42 i should just replace them rather than repair them right?
