What size valves can you safely fit in the stock LT1? Who makes them?

What size valves can you safely fit in the stock LT1? Who makes them?
Judging by the LT4 motors, Im guessing 2.00 and 1.55s Im looking for some valves that fit in the stock seats, preferably with an undercut stem.
Does having a slight dish in the valve hurt anything as well strength wise? know of any that come with a backcut/chamfer on the chamber side of the exhaust valve?
