Question A4L60E aftermarket Stage 3+ Transmissions. 383 Stroked LT1

I have done a lot of reading in the past year on the A4l60E. Thanks to this board I have found out alot. I have been to a few different web pages and found too much information. I'm confused on what A4L60E transmission rebuild I want. I have seen http://www.netgearhead.com and http://www.transmissioncenter.net/4L60E.htm and Chuck Johnson's work at FLP and last but not least LS1speed.com. All of these trannys are similar yet different in their own way.
I am looking to find one that will handel my 383 Stroker. I want all the bells and whistles I can get. I would like it to last a while as well.
The Raptor seams to have a lot to offer but the price is high.

Net Gear has a nice price but the web page does not give me enought info. I also don't know if the Trans Go shift Kit is really a must for the A4L60E.
FLP seams to be solid but Cjuck is not the easyest to get ahold of. I couldn't find out too much about his work online.
LS1speed.com does not rebuild trannys but they sell them for some other shop or something like that. They show a little info on their site but not enough.

The big question I have is, I what Transmission are you guys running and where did you get it. If you have spent anytime looking at the places I listed above tell me whitch tranny you would buy.
Please list any experiances that you may have with any of the rebuilders.

Another vote for Chuck. He's never been hard to get ahold of for me, and he is VERY well spoken of over at LS1.com & LS1tech.com.

4DrLT4, what does your Mustang run in the 1/4? Also what are the rest of the mods besides a shifter and 3.73's?

Heh...

Some friend. Short changing me on my times..lol

Best time is 14.38 @ 98mph on street tires.

Only mods are the gears and the shifter.

Really? I take it you must have spun bad off the line or something. I have a test of a stock 88 GT 3.08's doing a 14.3@95.56mph. I was thinking high 13's or mid 13's if you had a few other bolt ons.

I can assure you that those printed times with an '88 GT wasn't accomplished at ANY track in Southern Ca.
