I had these on my '95 Firebird Formula. They will bolt up to a Spintech 4 inch inlet with dual 3 inch outlet muffler. The tips are stainless steel and have been welded to the tailpipes. The tail pipes have been ceramic coated as well. Comes with all mounting hardware. So if you are thinking about getting a Spintech system, you can order it without the tips and save yourself some money. They are in very nice condition except for a couple of minor scratches on the coating from where the hangers were mounted.
