fuel pressure concern

So my 1994 camaros fuel pressure all of a sudden dropped a couple of psi. When I would pull off the vacuum hose to the regulator it use to read close to 45 now it only reads around 40 and at idle the pressure is close to 32 psi.I have replaced the fpr and it made no difference and also the pump as well.I was reading that the fpr is vacuum controlled and decides the fuel pressure based on that. SO I was thinking could i have a vacuum leak or something along those lines that would cause my problem. Please help with anything you can ,I really appreciate you all reading this.

Try a different fuel pressure gauge just to be sure it is reading correctly.
