Exclamation Oil pump priming tool for LT1/LT4.....

Guys,

I've been looking to get an oil priming tool that will pressurize the lifter valleys. However, all the ones I've looked at on Summit state that they will not work for an LT1/LT4.

Does anyone know of an oil priming tool that works to properly on the LT1/LT4?

Thanks!

I found that the proform tool listed on summit works well since it has the bushing that sits in the oil drive hole. With this tool it took no time to prime all the way up the pushrods. If you cant find it on summit, let me know and I will look for it...

So this will work fine?

Like I mentioned, I just worry when all the application data states Gen 1 and not LT1/LT4 compatible. However, if you guys think the above will work....I will order it.

I have one exactly like the one pictured in the link and use it to prelube my LT1 engines, of course like stated above, before bolting the intake on.

It says not compatible because you have to remove the intake to use it.
