I don't know trannies very well. I see this is listed to a 96. I have a 98. Would most of the parts in this kit work or not?

 

Most of them would but there were revisions made to the 4L60E in 97 & 98.... Best bet would be to call pro-built and ask them the same question. They are the experts and should be able to tell you exactly what would be usuable in your trans...
