Anyone want to go halfers on (2) sets of black Z06 wheels?

I have a guy with (4) all black C5 Z06 18X10.5"s for sale.

If your interested in going halfers on a set of these and a set of all black C5 Z06 18X9.5"s from eGay let me know.

Then we can both have a set of (4) wheels running 10.5"s in the rear and 9.5"'s up front. Shouldn't have to use any spacers if we use 56-58MM offset on the 10.5" wheels in the rear. But we may have to slightly roll the fender lip and massage the inside of the wheel well with a big effing hammer.

Let me know guys ...

With or without rivets? I do NOT want rivets. If they're without rivets, then I just might be interested. Email me with price and pics at blk98zm61@hotmail.com

The 58mm offset results in an 8" backspace. That is likely to cause problems. The wheel will sit deep in the wheel well, catching on the jounce bumper bracket, and its likely the tire will rub on the inner fender. With the tire that deep in the wheel well, its not likely you would have to roll the fender lip.

Injuneer - Thanks bud! It is impossible to find all black C5 Z06 wheels ... they all have rivets or the machined lip. I read your FAQ but somehow missed that. I have no problem having to trim the jounce brackets or rolling a lip. I hope I can find a "neat" looking way to smash in the inner wheel well if needed lol.

Maybe I will look for something with slightly less offset.

Either way - I want 10.5" rears and 9.5" fronts that are ALL BLACK C5 Z06 wheels. Their seriously impossible to find these days ... I would get all 10.5" (I am OK with clearancing the rear) but I am not fond, at all, on running front spacers. Would make my front wheels stick out too far. Would maybe have to clearance the knuckle - something I would not want to compromise at all. Too much bull **** running a 10.5" wheel up front to justify it.

Especially when I want to run a staggered tire size like:
275/35/18
315/30/18

These should, if I am right, be VERY close to the same overall diameter, give me enough stagger to be noticable, and if I get Nitto's - should ease my rear clearancing process.

Thanks again Injuneer,

Joe

Actually - If anyone knows somewhere I can get the wheels stripped and powder coated black for a reasonable price (because EVENTUALLY I will find a set of just black Z06'ers floating around ... I wouldn't pay a gross amount to have them recoated.)
