91 3.1L Starts and dies!
91 3.1 v6 starts briefly and dies. If you try to start again, nothing. If you turn off ignition and try again it starts briefly and dies. Put some gas directly into the throttle body and it tried to run, backfired and started a small but exciting fire.
Fuel pressure is 40 psi, spark from coil is good. Has a code of 35, IAT sensor circuit fault. Will the IAT sensor fault keep it from running?
The manual I have access to isn't worth sour owl squat, trying to fix this for a friend and my ignorance is starting to show. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
