Question Not another crank ?? ....

Ok, i have done a lot of reading on here and have seen that the stock crank is the best thing to have next to a quality forged piece. My question is, if my crank is shot, (read beyond repair) where can I get a replacement LT1 crank as stout as the original ? I am going to put my NX 150 kit on this and have stock heads so I need it to be a decent piece. Just so you all know, I am operating on a family man budget with 2 kids (3 and a 5 year old) and a wife that guards the checkbook with a 12 gauge ! So the quality forged piece is not even a consideration right now.

Thanks for looking,

If you can't find a stocker a scat 9000 cast crank is reportedly a nice piece and comes in under 250.00
