my first P&P head job 374 castings

ok so i am currently going to WYOTECH and im in hi-performance and i decided to do a H/C package and my first thought was send them to loyd elliot, then my instructor(drag race engine builder) told me that i could get around the same flow #s as loyd so i agreedto do them. SO he helped me with the first port then let me loose and after about 44 hours i was done,so i made my way to the flow bench. AMAZINGLY I flowed these #s 287/212 on STOCK VALVES @600 lift. i just figured id post to see what you guys thought also i am going to run a cc503 and 1.6 pro mags and other comp cams valvetrain. how do you think it will perform
OHH and i forgot to mention the LE3 heads only flow about 280/195 with LARGER VALVES I AM AMAZED

LOL again he builds drag motors with heads that flow triple what mine made, but he actually wanted me to build up a huge weld so i could go even bigger, but i kept telling this is going to be a DD not a 6 SEC dragster LOL.

Hmm... I have some 374 castings that should be arriving any day now in the mail. Your instructor and yourself can feel free to practice on them as well.

I'd like to see what bench you used... what kind of pipe was on the head? There are several things that can make your head flow more on the bench.

the main thing is to set it up the exact same when checking it to make sure you don't go backwards....
