I know I know the subject has insane amounts of posts. But only 1 question people cant all agree on. Felpro gasket, use rtv on it? I understand where it mates to the timing cover and the rear main housing, but what are these corners I keep reading. Any input would b greatly appreciated. thanks.

 

Personally, the only place I used RTV on was the timing cover area and rear main area. I haven't had a leak on it yet, although I've only put on a couple hundred miles before it had to go into hibernation.

 

The "corners" are just where you already described.
