some more 383 questions

a buddy of mine is liquidating his hot rod parts inventory out of his garage. i would like to use these parts to build up a new LT1 for my Z

he's offering me a deal on a 383 rotating assembly with the following parts for a 1 piece rear main '86 up hyd. roller engine

Speed Pro pistons (hyper.) 12cc dish 4 piston relief
GM "X" marked rods
Scat cast crank(3.750) with 350 journals
The balancer is a pioneer 8" and flexplate is 164 tooth

he's offering me this for a hundred bucks

my questions are:

how difficult is it to make everything work externally balanced (he said that would be the only catch)

would it be worth it to buy and build this motor (i already have a spare block, heads which i will get worked, intake manifold, and oil pan)

are those rods and pistons good enough for a 150 shot of nitrous

how big of an injector should i be looking at to replace the stock ones

thanks in advance
