Please help with 97 SS Stuttering

Ok, I will try to give as much info as I can think of. Please ask me for the pieces I am sure to miss.

I have a 97 Camaro SS with the lt1 all stock. It has about 105000 miles on it. It has a manual trany. I replaced the clutch about 15000 miles ago. About a month ago we also replaced the AC compressor because it had been dead since I had purchased the car. (AC is nice during Indiana summers)

I purchased the car at about 60000 miles. I have not replaced anything else save things like air filter, oil... etc..

Looking a the the wires you can clearly tell that someone has replaced them at some point before I got the car. I would guess the plugs were replaced at that time too (no I don't know when).

Today I started having a strange issue. After the car has sat for at least 10-15 min, when I start it and put it into gear the car seems to stutter a little as it pulls away for about 3-5min. This is felt anywhere between 1-3k rpm. (can't get much faster in a parking lot) After that it smooths back out.

I noticed the issue first today, after being a dumb *** I stalled the car switching from reverse to 1st too quickly. This may just be coincidence.

When the car is just started. It seems to idle ok. Maybe just a tiny bit rough.

At first I was thinking that the clutch had started going out again, but when my last clutch went out I felt the prob in 4th-6th gear. This is having the issue in 1st-3rd.

There is another issue that I have noticed recently. After the car has sat all night it is hard to start. If you re-prime the system by putting the key in the run position a couple of times it starts up just fine.
I am guessing that the ball valve in the pump is not holding the pressure like it should overnight.

Now I guess the question is: do you think this is a opti spark starting to die (I hate to drop $350 on a part that I don't need)? or any other ideas???

I was also thinking about the fuel pump being bad, but would it start behaving after 5 min of driving ?

I humbly ask you Oooo' gooroo of Fbody wizdom

Sounds like a fuel injector leaking down. That will cause your loss of fuel prime and the excess fuel puddled in that cylinder will take some time to burn away causing your momentary roughness.

The car turns right over without prob unless the car has sat all night. Even then if you re prime the system it turns right over. So I have a hard time thinking that the issue is puddled fuel. I would think the idle would be a lot rougher when I turn it over also if this were the case.
Any other thoughts ?
Thanks.

have you ever changed the fuel filter?

could also be an old plug wire or old plugs

First, invariably your post will grow to many pages and some will forget to go back to the first post to see your information. So put your location in your bi-line with your name and put the particulars of the car in a signature. This will avoid stupid questions later on down the line. That having been said,

Your problem is right in the RPM range of the EGR acting up. So the first thing to try is pull the vac line off the EGR valve and plug with a golf tee and take it for a ride.

I also highly recommend you do a complete tune up with at least the following:
clean the injectors on the rail professionally then
Plugs
wires
cap & rotor
replace the front O2s.
Air filter if nec. If you have a cotton filter, use very little oil. If the MAF screen is missing, replace it.
Either check the TPS or just replace it.
Clean the MAF
Check every inch of the intake snorkel for tears or folds or holes
