Sounds about right for the idle. Hard to tell anything else with such bad video. What we really wanna know is how it runs!

IT runs really nice, pulls hard and is pretty driveable other than a touch of surge.

Good stuff. Can you feel where it starts to fall off? Some surge is expected with a cam like that.
