where can i buy a GM846?
were do they sell these cams and what it the numbers on it .

A GM846 is a (surprise) GM cam. You can buy one at any dealer.
12370846 is the part number.

That's the GM846 AKA Crane 109831 cam. Awesome cam for the LT1.
