its a 1997 trans am lt1 it starts fine but after a few minutes on the road it seems like its loosing fuel pressure and power and wont start back until it sets til the next day but heres the deal..i just put a new fuel pump , fuel filter , opti spark and all that stuff on in ...i cut the cats of last night and it dint help i donno hwat else it could be but ive fixed all that i think that was wrong with it and the only code its throwin its the catilatyc converter code ? what could my problem be????

 

check the fuel pressure when its dieing. A new part doesn't necessarily mean its a good part. Also did you check the coil? Those have a tendency to go bad and shut the car off when it gets hot, and wont start intill it cools back off.
