Ok Guys, I've been researching this and their are alot of posts about this but none seem to fit my symptoms and I've tried so far what everyone has been saying. My check gauges light flickers and stays on right at 2400-2500 rpm. I can pretty much guarantee right when it comes on. Also my volt gauge(which is obviously lighting the gauge light) will dip into the red every so often stay there for a sec and rise back up. All my t's are crossed with what I've checked. I've disconnected my radio, all my grounds are clean, my powermaster alt. has been checked twice, my belt is new. I am getting 12.76 with the car off and 13.63 when car running. Is there anything else I've have forgotten cuz I'm seeing some posts about as big as fuel pumps going bad and causing this or as little as fuses(which im not to sure which ones to check). If you guys got anything I missed please let me know.

13.63 seems a bit low to me? Most cars I check are charging in the 14.2-.6 range. I've even checked my buddys' 70 Nova and it charges at 16 volts!
