EWP Install Help

I know the stock impeller has to come out, but how the he!! does it. I'm beating the shaft from the front side to the back with a 3# sledge hammer and a punch and the thing will not budge Is there any other way? I can take it and have it pressed out, but I'd rather do it myself and avoid the trip and $20 to have it pressed out if I can.

The bearing is pushed back, but the impeller is stuck on the shaft and I have been messing with the thing for a half our.

Let me know if there is a better way before the damn thing breaks in half

I finally got it, but I had to take the die grinder and cut the shaft in half almost all the way done to get the impeller off, then it poped right out

Then the design of the CSR is kind of stupid, having to grind out notches for the tabs on the pump, that didn't make much sense to me but its all done now and I'm happy.

How are you gonna block off the hole in the timing cover?

Do you guys add any RTV sealer around the outside of the O-ring on the CSR pump or do you just put it together and leave it with no sealer?

I doesn't say to put any sealer on it in the directions, but the O-ring is pretty thin and I don't want it to leak
