Slight hesitation?

I have a 97 z28 and a 94 corvette. On my z28 i have replaced pretty much everything bolt on possible. EGR, opti, plugs, wires. Now it seems to not have as crisp throttle response as my corvette. The vette responds really well to pulling on throttle where the camaro does not. Camaro also has headers.

Now the camaro starts right up no problems at all.. where the vette turns over for awhile sometimes.. anyway what im tryin to get at is there adjustment on maybe the tps or somethin that would help the camaros throttle response? i just dont get it cause the camaro feels like it runs better but in actually it dont. I'm just confused on what to check or replace because i am getting no codes.

Getting a computer tune would help with the headers.
