headers

I have decided on shorty headers. for a 93z lt1 single cat. let me know if you have had any experience with any of these. eldebrock, macs, pacesetter mids, hooker shorties.Need to know which works well with using my msad wires and zip tieing them, also quality coating and rwh gains.I know any of them are better than stock manifolds.snareman

Of the headers listed I would go with Mac's. They're cheap and known for fitting well and giving the best plug access possible.

I hear nothing but good involving MACs, probably what I would go with as well.

I like my macs.. the slip fit on the first primary is a bit of a pain to keep sealed though.. Why no AS&M on your list?

I imagine price. All the headers he listed are in the same range and AS&M's are pretty expensive. Thats why I didn't recommend SLP's. They're a great shorty/mid length header but are damn expensive.

yes, price was the determining factor in not including those in the poll.

Pacesetters are actually a good quality header and coupled with an SLP Loudmouth they really bark.
