now i have changed the spark plugs and swapped the o2s around and now i get 160s left/right fuel trims and same thing when I give it gas.......right back to around 128 but as soon as I am off throttle back up to 160s again.....noticed IAC on scanmaster at idle has dropped down to 10 also.....
Please give some assistance as my last thread yielded zero.....

Sounds like you have an air leak
An air leak would account for the low IAC numbers and high fuel trims. Compare what the O2s are reporting Vs the fuel trims. Chances are they are seeing a lean condition and richening up the mixture.
Also try disconnecting an O2 to force it into open loop and see what the fuel trims do. This is another indication that the problem lies in the control end of the engine as opposed to a mechanical problem like a stuck injector for example.
If it is a small opening leaking air, by spraying a thick lubricant like PB Blaster on the opening, it could seal it up long enough to find where it is. Use your ears and your scanner to help locate it.
Before you start spraying, take the breather tubes from the filter to the TB off and inspect them thoroughly. Then start looking at the top and rear gasket of the TB and move on down to the intake gaskets. It's possible the spray can locate the TB and intake gasket problems.
