My car has a small plastic tube that runs inside of the wire loom that runs from near the PCM towards the front of the car, down behind the battery and I believe from there it goes over to the driver's side of the car. The reason I ask is because it is broken near the battery. I have no idea how long it has been like that. Is there some sort of "schematic" somewhere that shows the hose/tube routing? I assume it has to do with emissions..maybe evap canister or something?

 

I believe it is your gas vent tube into the canister.

It is the HVAC vacuum line from the check valve by the a/c pipes to the vacuum tank that is under the battery. It does not go to the driver's side of the car.
