hesitation;bogging

Ok so i own a 94 transam lt1 4l60e auto. The car is running very rich, i mean you can smell the gas in the exhuast. When the car is first started up and the motor is cold, it runs smooth, but as soon as it warms up to operating temp, it starts breaking up, bogging down, and just running very, very rough. WHen it was put on a computer the only code it read was for a crank sensor....which the car dosnt even have. I cant remember what number the code was. I have replaced the tps sensor, 02 sensors, map sensor, coolant temp sensor, MAF sensor, coil, plugs, wires, and opti-spark. also took it to a shop where they cleaned the injectors and tested them. Also i changed the fuel filter. I am seriously at my wits end with this car and am 2 steps away from putting a brick on the gas pedal and driving it off a cliff. ANy input would be much appreciated, thanks!

Get a fuel pressure gauge and see what the pressure is when it is cold in the morning and when it starts acting up. Might be the fuel pump, sounds similar to the issues I was having

Also, take a peek at the fuel pressure regulator and EGR solenoid.
