Please help won't start.

my 1994 Z28 won't start i replaced the fuel pump yesterday and the damn thing still isn't getting any fuel, will some one please help

can you hear the pump prime? did you replace the filter as well?

there is a small bleeder valve at the back of the fuel rail. press it and see if you have fuel pressure.

no yeah i checked that and no pressure to the fuel rail at all, could it be the relay?

hten something is not right with the pump or a relay or fuse is bad

did you change the filter? it is an electical device, sometimes you just get a bad one.

it is also possible the relay could have been the problem the whole time

i'll change the filter and the relay to, but wut if thats not it? could it be a short in the electrical system to the fuel pump?

The easy way of knowing would be to get a voltmeter and see if the connector to the pump is getting power. That will confirm whether the relay, fuse, or wiring are at fault.

yeah my mechanic checked it out he said when i first turned the key there wuz power to the connector but now no juice, so u think it's the relay
