i have a 95 formula when i turn the key my car does not crank, no clicking, full battery, all lights work except for the lights on the dash(dummy lights) come on and i can not roll my windows down or turn my raidio on. i was told that this was most likely the vats. but in my owners manual it says that if it was vats or if the chip in the key went bad that the security light should come on, but it does not. what else could it be or did i over look something in the manual? a week later my car started, was running fine i shut it off and went to start it back up and the same thing happened? please help me i miss my car!!!!!

 

Might be the ignition switch. There is a guide for replacement on my Tech Page, if you need it.

 

If it wasn't for your windows not going down and if you had a manual i would say check the safety switch behind the clutch.
