hot cam kit from a blown motor?

This is what someone is advertising:

- Gm Hot Cam kit- includes Cam, Roller Rockers, pushrods, valve springs, and shims keepers and seats- i want 500, only has 2 miles, my lower block had alot alot of miles, couldnt handle anymore power its gave up so this also has like 2 miles on it

He emailed me that he installed something wrong and the lower end was not getting any oil.

If this is true, does this mean the cam kit is not compromised in any way?

Thanks
Oliver

Why pay that much for used when you can have new for the same $ or less?

Exactly, plus I believe Summit sells them brand new for close to that cost. If you are going to buy it, first, the seller is going to have to compromise on the price a little bit. Second, I would have him send you detailed pictures of all the parts to make sure everything is in pristine condition.
