Optispark - LTCC or Delteq?

I know you have to have the optispark for both of these. I literally exploded my optispark a few months ago and I am just now getting it off the car. I am going to buy a new one but I don't know if I want to have the rotor come apart again. This leads me to the question above. I am putting alot of voltage through the distributor and the rpm's aren't helping the situation. I want to know which is the "better unit." I have read up on both of them and they both have their downsides. I am not going to use the MSD distributor because the pro's don't outweigh the cons.
