I will wait one week before this stuff ends up on ebay with no reserve. I have a lot of misc crap just taking up space and it's time for it all to go. Here is what I have

yep, the shift boot, insert piece comes with it. I will get you a pic in the next 30 mins, my digital cam batteries are charging.
