my buddy has a integra type r engine in his civic coupe. intake, header, exhaust, lower hearing, and a vtec controller. his cars also pretty stripped, only cage, front seats, and dash. quick, fun little car. From a stop i murder him, but From an 70 mph roll, he'll hang not to far back till about 120 when if starts to run out of gear. very low 14 sec car. IOW, yeah he'll beat you but if you launch well and he doesnt it wont be that bad. hes gonna fly by you though At around 60 mph so be ready for it.

First off, an EF hatch with a JDM B16 is a high 14 second car on a bad day, a Y87 being low 15s at best.

Secondly, a 3.4L is the farthest thing from American Muscle ever

Your an idiot, the Y87 package camaro will run a 14.9 stock. throw on an exhaust and a air lid and it will run a 14.8

Secondly, show me a timeslip of a stock Y87 that has run a 14.9, or get someone to testify to it. As far as I know, mustangeater is the fastest stock at 14.4, minus a few things such as an accessory belt, exhaust unhooked, etc, which is not showroom stock. I believe he got a 15.4 or so showroom stock.

Thirdly, you act as if an exhaust and a lid subtracts one tenth and only one tenth from a 1/4 mile ET. Just a little concrete, eh? Also, humidity, elevation, tire pressure, temperature, driver, and many other things affect a time, therefore any static number on "gains" will be false, because all cars react differently.
