I just came up with an idea that i though would be kinda cool. I alway here of buick gns making around 500-1000 horse with little 3.8 turbo v6s. Has anyone ever tried it with a 3.8 in a 4th gen fbody. I just thought that this was a cool idea, anyone else?

 

There's a few turbo V6 FBods running around these days.

 

See the sig, but it's a 3.4 covered with 2.8L stuff.

 

That should be a cool car oil pan 4, i dont know why i came up with that idea but it should be fast since buick gns are fast and it has a few more cubes than a supra motor.

 

You should expect to see a new kit from Cartuning Performance coming in about 2 to 3 months. Numbers are still unavailable, but expect some big and impressive numbers.

Some custom kits that individuals have put together usually lose the A/C. The new kit will keep the A/C intact. Cartuning Performance offers a kit out for the Grand Prix, Monte Carlo, Grand Am and Impala.

I'm hoping the cartuning kit does really well. I just wish the intercooler kit wasn't $1000

 

I don't want to give you false hope, but the price of the intercooler is still undetermined.

There was a Firebird featured in GMHTP a few years ago that had a Turbo 3.8

It was labeled Formula V6 :P

 

Yeah but they cheated and used a GN 3.8L

 

Are the headers or heads off the GN interchangable with the V6 Camaro? I've been thing about this for a couple of months now, I want to try it if the parts will work together.
