Unhappy 95 Camaro 3.4L Idling Problem

Hello to all. I have a 95 Camaro 3.4L. The problem I am having is that at deceleration or stopping, the idle either drops to about 200 r's or the engine stops all together. Sometimes it will restart without turning the ignition completely (resetting sort of). Or I will have to turn the ignition off and then restart. Once it starts, it will run fine until I slow to stop or when I stop. If the engine does not stop, the idle will drop to about 200r's and the "surge" to about 800-1000 r's and then idle normally.
Any and all help is appreciated!

TYIA.

Thanks JJayzX! I will check the voltage requirements and go from there.
