Anyone know the thickness of a stock valve spring seat?

I would like to know the thickness of a stock LT1 valve spring seat.
I do not know if different seats were used in different years. I have
a 1997. If someone happens to have one handy and could also
measure the OD and the shoulder OD that would be appreciated.

Stock 1995 seat approximations:

Thickness ~.040"
OD ~1.3"
Shoulder OD ~0.90"

Thank You Rob.

Those dimensions are also very close to the LT4 seats. I wonder
if there is any difference between the two?

I am still looking at installing the Comp 26915 beehive springs and
the only loose end at this time is the valve seat. One of the guys on
the Impala board has used the LT4 seats with the beehive springs
but I don't like the way the spring sits on the seat. The seat
shoulder is a bit over .900" while the spring ID is .875". He has not
had any trouble but I prefer to go a different direction.

I bought a set of Manley seats that have a .850" shoulder and will
just grind the OD down to 1.33". Besides, the CNC machined seats
are a lot nicer/beefier than the stamped LT4 seats.
