Fouled plugs

Anyone have a suggestion for things to check when an entire bank (driver's side) of plugs are carbon fouled? My first guess would be bad O2 sensor.

Thanks!

o2

I was running extremely rich !!! Black stuff was coming out of my exhaust and stuff. I had bad 02 sensors. I changed them and I also changed mY plugs and cat converter.
Needless to say my plugs were all black and carbonized.
I say you have a bad O2 sensor. change it . its really easy on the drivers side too.l

Just do it while its still warm.. I just needed a big wrench and thats it.
5 minutes top. it took me longer to jack the car up

Doubt it's an injector since the entire bank is fouled. All the plugs from that side look pretty consistent as far as the carbon goes.

Another vote for the O2 sensor.
